- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including evening and night-shift coverage
- Follow up with potential customers through email, messaging, and other outreach channels
- Support lead generation by reaching out to prospective customers and introducing Airflow Dynamics' services
- Qualify incoming leads and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed
- Keep clear records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and contact status
- Learn the basics of HVAC and mechanical engineering services to communicate more confidently with customers
- Participate in training and continuously improve product, industry, and communication knowledge
Qualifications
